 
The Community Hospice's Wave Riders program is a six week support group for grieving children and teens, aged 3-17. A concurrent support group for parent and guardians is offered.
Attendance for all six weeks is required. Wave Riders is free of charge, but registration is required. Please apply as soon as possible.
